Live in an area that does not offer Pilates or you have a Reformer at home that has turned into a clothes hanger, I have been doing live Skype sessions for almost 4 years now with clients and have had great results. Call me to set up an online session using one of several virtual platforms: Skype, Messenger, Zoom, or another one of the client's choice.
